Hen Again!

Hi again!
Well just an update hoping for some advice.. The hen started her nest 4/11 I took 3 eggs aaway yesterday as there was 18, and I had to take 3 away today becuz there was 18. I am leaving it at 15 eggs. How long should I let them stay in there to see if she will sit for real? She goes in there kinda protects them looks squaks etc, and was sitting on them this morning. but isnt staying on them!

if she usually roost on something to sleep and you see her sleeping on the eggs tonight, then she's broody

She's pretty much is sitting on them every morning when I go out, but not all the time and she isnt on them alot during the day
