My very healthy Ameracauna hen Ms Buttons all of a sudden today has a froggy voice, like a growl. She has never done this before in her four years. Dizzy our other hen, is sounding normal. Now there is a lot of noise next door in the backyard all day, our neighbors have a bunch of screaming loud kids over. Is Ms Buttons sick? Or is she just tired and annoyed?
