Hen calling out at night

One of my 8 hens is calling out every 30 seconds at night. She is a broody hen but I have no rooster. She calls out in the daytime and her call sounds very different to other chickens.
Can anybody help?
I live close to other neighbours and will have to re-home her otherwise.

Are you hoping to have her hatch eggs or raise baby chicks?

If not, have you tried breaking her broodiness? (Broody jail, etc.)

No I'm not intending to get her to hatch any eggs.
She has only recently started calling out in the daytime and then regularly at night.
I haven't tried locking her up separately but maybe that's something I should try.
