Any and all help would be appreciated, I'm worried for my girl!

Late this morning, I noticed that my beloved Delaware, Clarice, won't keep her right eye open. They're free range at our farm, and she has been acting her usual self so far. Still roaming, pecking, preening, seems to be eating and drinking, etc. The only symptoms I can sus out seem to be that she is closing her right eye and that she keeps her head slightly turned to the right as well. I don't see any swelling or bubbling, and so far no sneezing. She does seem to itch at her eye often - when she does open it, I don't see anything in it (i.e. parasites).

It's important to note that we did have a neighbor's bantam rooster bust onto our property yesterday, and he was not kind to my girls before I could catch him. Clarice ran and hid in the coop after the first pass he made at her, but I'm worried that she might have either gotten scratched or had dust/feathers/something kicked into her eye. That being said, I'm also hyper-vigilant about Myco.. I know the symptoms can be mild, and although there's been no respiratory symptoms yet, I'm still a bit worried. Finding a chicken vet around my area is hard to do, I'm trying my hardest to find someone knowledgable but I'm stuck diagnosing at home until I can track someone down.

Any thoughts on what might be going on? Pics included are what the eye looks like open and closed today.

I would look closely at the eye for any debris, stuck feather, or pecks. You can use Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment in the eye twice a day. If there is any material in the eye, you can use an eye wash or saline to irrigate the eye.
