Hen doesn’t feel like walking

She is wet in the video from a Epsom salt bath. She seems to not want to walk or it hurts to walk. She's eating, drinking and poops normal. She's 27 weeks and hasn't started laying egg yet.

What do you feed, including treats?

Is she pooping?

At that age, I'd suspect she may be having problems with a first egg. I'd give her 1Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet now, then once daily for 3-5 days.

Inspect her for lice/mites, look at her legs/feet for any signs of bruising, swelling, injury, bottom of feet too.

This her feed, treats are black soldier fly and scraps.

Her feet are clear and clean
zero bugs of any sort
No swelling that I can see

If there's no obvious signs of injury, then I'd give her the Calcium and start her on vitamins as well. I'd give 1/4 tablet B-Complex.

With loose type feeds, sometimes birds will pick out all the things they like and leave the rest, this can cause some deficiencies.
