Hen eating dog poo

One of my hens has started eating dog poo and I've also caught her eating an egg in the laying box, what's wrong with her and how can I stop her? I let them free-range for a few hours every day and I have several dogs and horses so hard to keep outside completely poo free

Does she have a balanced diet everyday? What do you feed her?does she get enough protein?
