hen eating hatchlings

I have a hen who has been sitting for 15 days. I just watched her eat a dead chick I assume she broke out of the egg. I saw her pecking at it and the next view was legs sticking out of her mouth. Help, she has 11 more fertile eggs.

I've never heard or experienced this before, do you have an incubator? I would definitely remove the eggs from her. If you don't have an incubator I would try to find someone who does have one you could lend to continue incubating the eggs.

Hens sometimes start eating eggs if they don't have enough calcium. I would give her oyster shells which would help with that if it is the issue.
