Hen fluffed up, lethargic and not laying

Hi all,
Two of my hens are fluffed up , lethargic and not laying. Eating fine and moving around , sunbathing etc. Been like this for weeks. Isolated at first but didn’t get better or worse and wanted out so rejoined flock. Thought they were just quiet but isolated again after one died with similar symptoms. Both have very small combs compared to others same age. Any ideas?

Runny. But sometimes normal. Seems to vary
