Hen foot problems. What is it?

Don't have a clue what is wrong with Marie's foot. All the other chickens seem to bo ok. Any feedback would be helpful. [/B]

Sorry, we had a problem loading a pic.
Again, any feedback would be helpful... It is just her one foot.. We did have some cold weather and she is a very delicate little bird. Maybe frost bite???
