Hen getting bullied

I got 7 chickens, 1 boy, and 6 girls. I got one silkie in the mix and there all 4-5 months old. Well since my silkie is smaller they like to peck up and pick on her. there are no grabbing feathers yet just pecking. She sometimes jumps back at them cause she doesn't like it but she also creates cause she hates it so I intervene a lot. How do I stop this?

Silkies are best kept with other silkies, or similar gentle bantam breeds. They will often get picked on in a mixed size flock. I personally keep a separate large breed flock, and a bantam flock.

thank you. I'm a beginner flock owner and also wanted a silkie. was going to get 4 chickens and ended up with 7 lol. I like to learn as I'm going now so. Other than being picked on she gets along with them.
