My Ameraucana slept on the eggs in the coop last night. I leave a couple eggs to encourage them to lay, they are new I've only had them about a month. 2 have been laying and a 3rd just started this week there are 4 in all. The Amer. hasn't been sitting on them all morning, I went to check and 1 of the other hens had just laid a new egg so all the eggs were warm. If she is going broody how long will it take for her to really stay there and sit on them?
