I have an older hen that I think has gone blind. She has difficulty seeing the feed. She pecks at food and misses. I think she sees large shadows as she can follow large shapes in the yard. She stays pretty close to the other hens. Has anyone else had this happen? would it be more humane to cull her? I am not sure I can do that. Any advice would be appreciated.

If she's in a run, she should find her way around, and she should be able to locate the feed/water by listening. But don't move it around a lot, as it will take her time to find the new location. Most blind chickens figure things out and make their way okay; you just need to watch over them to make sure no one in picking on them.
