Hen got expensive eggs dirty with poop 2 days after setting!!! What to do???

I took my broody Buff Orpington off her eggs today for a quick meal and drink and noticed that half of the eggs now have poop on them. She must have had it on her feet last time she got back on the nest. I know you are not supposed to set dirty eggs, and I paid some serious coin for them and don't want to jeopardize the hatch. What to do??? Leave it be, wash them

LEAVE THEM do not wash them!
