Hen has runny yellowish poop

I just noticed this morning that one of my hens has runny poop that is yellowish in color. She acts like she doesn't feel up to par - she is not breathing hard or anything - just not very active. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Try giving her some apple cider vinegar which helps with diarrhea. On the other hand, it could be coccidiosis.

Could you take a picture of the yellow poop and post it? Some golden cecal poops can be normal, but if it is the color of cooked egg yolk or bright yellow, that could be from egg yolk peritonitis or E.coli infection. Has she been laying eggs recently? Is she fat, thin, or average in weight? How does her crop feel? Can you offer some cooked egg, wet chicken feed, and water? A few drops of Poultry NutriDrench would be good to help her out.
