Hen has scabby raised knots under chin

I have a Paint Silkie hen who has several crusty raised lumps under her beak on her chin. They almost seem like pox, but she has no more places anywhere, and nobody else is affected. Any ideas as to what it might be?
 
Pictures can help, but silkies are difficult to see well due to the color of their skin. Pox can be anywhere, although it is more common on the face, comb, and wattles. A chicken can have one single pox scab, and that is all I have ever seen where I live. Pecks can sometimes look like pox. It is a virus that is spread by mosquitoes that lasts 3-4 weeks, and there is no treatment. Sometimes the eyes can be affected, which might cause an eye infection that might require treatment, but unless the chicken has lesions inside the throat or a very bad case with lots of scabs, they mostly recover, and then are immune to that strain for life.
