Thank you for the speedy replyI would let the hen decide when to give up on the remaining eggs (it is a common problem). She will want to get her chicks out and about very soon, as they need to start exploring the world, and if the last egg(s) haven't hatched by then, she will abandon it/ them.
I would then remove any unhatched eggs; you can find out if they were infertile or died during development by doing an eggtopsy. There are lots of articles (Articles tab, top banner) about it to help you. Good luck - and congrats on the hatch!
The chicks do come out and drink and eat. Actually right after I posted, I went to check on her. She usually invites the chicks out when I go to see her. And all 5 have hatched. One is staying snug under her still, looks like she hatches really recently. But the other 4 came out. It's been pretty chilly here in the ONE so they come out for maybe 2 or 3 minutes at a time. This was our first time we let a broody hen carry out a hatch. So exciting.
