Hen having a hard time breathing

She will not eat or drink. I found her like this, this morning. I waited a few hours to she if she got better, but she hasn't. So I have been pouring small amounts of water in her mouth. She is Blue Laced Red Wyandotte and her name is Elsa.

She might have something caught in her throat or she could have gapeworm or a respiratory disease. Can you look inside her throat with a flashlight? I would get some SafeGuard horse paste or liquid goat wormer from TSC or your feed store, and give her 1/4 ml per per pound for 5 straight days. That would treat gapeworm. Do you know how much she weighs? Gapeworm is a more rare worm, but it can be seen in a fecal test by a vet.
