hello, i have 13 chickens all female and all super sweat, recently one of my hens have been being picked on and she is now going bald. i made sure they have plenty of calcium, food, water and space but she is still getting picked on. she is not much smaller than the other chickens and they all seem pretty happy but that is still going on. i started putting on no pecking cream on her but it wont stop, she isnt getting hurt she is just getting her head feathers eaten. if anyone has any diea on what i should so i am open to ideas and suggestions.
