Geeky farmer, you would not believe the animals that get dropped off around here. I live by the Rio Grande/ New Mexico prarie. People who don't have the money dump their dogs, puppies and horses, there is no food for the dogs or water so they just die. It would be less cruel to shoot the animals. It really makes me angry that they do this. UGH!!
