Hen is ill

My buff rock is ill lately. I noticed last night that she was on the lowest roost and wasn't making her usual noises. She's losing feathers and her poop is very runny, it squirts out. She's a bit lethargic but does eat and drink. I know that's a bit vague but what are some possible illnesses?

Loosing feathers is normal at this time of year; it's molting season. All the other symptoms you described are typical of pretty much every disease a chicken can possibly get

She might just be having a bad day. If the symptoms persist, then there probably is something wrong. Also, since she is eating and drinking, she probably isn't very sick, at least not really bad.
