Hen is not doing good !! she might die tonight,.. what to do ?

hello
my hen about 4 years old is not doing well... she is not laying eggs as she used to.. maybe she does it somewhere in my yard what i dont know of, anyway last egg from her was 2 days ago... before that i dont even remember....
so today - she was laying down in the chicken coop.. didnt even wanted to come out...
well 15min. she did came out but had her butt down wards... and was laying down.., i checked her if she had broken legs,,, nothing.. she did had some poop on her feathers... so i cleaned her up... then she walked away.. back to laying down in the shade....
this evening she didnt went into her coop, i found her laying in one of her favorite spots by the tailer... anyway. she is laying not really moving, has her eyes close.. i bought her water and food... she was not into it. i the splashed some water on her bick, her eyes opend nice she was quite awake . but didnt wanted anything, i left everything there.
what should i do ? do you think she will die...
when she layed there there , her bick was wet in the front bick was little open
what now... ??

Best think would be to bring her inside where it's warm (80-85 degrees is ideal). Can you take her to a vet? If not, once she's warm you could try tube feeding her some water.
