Hen is not eating or drinking or perching

My 3 year old Sapphire Olive Egger did not want to eat or drink today. She wasn’t running around like everyone else. She didn’t perch with everyone at bedtime but nestled on the floor. I gave her some droppers full of diluted apple cider vinegar and water, and put water and food mixed with grit by her if she wants to eat. She layed an egg this morning, and lays about 5 eggs a week. She does not like to be picked up but didn’t fuss when I picked her up to examine her, etc. Also massaged her croup, it feels a little lumpy. She was fine yesterday. What should I do?

Ok, she could be sick or lame or had an injury.
Also there is a chance she is going broody.
Hard to tell.
Is she clucking or otherwise acting off or wierd?
