I have a hen who has sat on eggs for the first time. She came out with two chicks and would not sit on remaining eggs. I was getting eggs out of the nest, after 24 hours. I hear peeping in at least one. What do I do

Leave it where it was...and it should hatch on its on if it is already peeping.

How hot is it there? When it gets 90F+ once they start pipping my broodies don’t always sit on the eggs all day and get off of the nest more.

She is not acting Broodie at all. It is hot here. She has her two chicks and seems to be done sitting. She has chicks in the run and didn't even go back to the nest last night. This morning my daughter put the eggs under one of her Broodie hens

This is a common problem with staggered hatches. Hens are biologically programmed to leave the nest 24 to 36 hours after the first chicks hatch. This is so that the chicks can access food and water.

Thanks. That is good to know.
I don't recommend staggered hatches, but if you encounter this again, do as @gimmie birdies has suggested. Remove the chicks as they hatch, and return all to the mother once the hatch is complete.
