hen is pecking eggs and having a snack

I have a one year hen who just started pecking eggs and got caught eating them. Any suggestions?

Yea, but you may not like it. Freezer camp.
once they fine out there is a tasty treat inside the hard shell, they are not likely to stop eating eggs.

You can empty out a egg and put mustard in it let her peck it and that usually helps to cure that habbit. Give her a few mustard eggs she won't like it! After so many mustard eggs she should stop it! Do it right away though! Hope this helps. Best wishes
