Hen is staggering with no balance

I have a two year old Barred rock hen who is blind. Today I let all of my birds out and this hen could not keep her balance. She is putting her wings out to stay upright. She is also warm to the touch. The other birds are attacking her so I have quarantined her and given her Terramyacin.
Does anyone have an idea of what may be wrong? Please help!

How is she doing?

What does her poo look like? What is she eating? What does her comb/face look like - bright, red, full or pale, thin and shrunken?

Have you checked her over really good for lice/mites? Does she dust bathe?

Does she normally lay an egg - has she been lately?


Sorry, I all these questions - but more info is needed.
