My Black Australorp hen (2 years old next month) started acting lethargic over the last couple days.

This morning, she stayed in the coop for a lot longer than usual and has spent most of her time sleeping in the garden (mostly whilst standing). She is still laying eggs, her last was yesterday, but has stopped eating and drinking as of this morning. As a result, we cant seem to find much poo to take a look at and her weight has dropped.

So far we have given her a supplement mix via syringe so she has a bit of energy- as well as put it in the water, though she isn't drinking it. It is clear her health is deteriorating and we aren't sure what to do. Any help is extremely appreciated. (Pictures attached as well)

How does her crop feel? Squishy? Hard?

Just went outside and checked.
Her crop feels almost entirely squishy and soft, apart from a small hard mass- which I assume is the small bit of corn she has managed to eat today.
Ok. Here’s an article to hopefully help you figure out what’s going on. I actually have a hen with the exact same issue right now that I’m also trying to figure out. This article helped me though.
