hen keeps sitting in feeder

I have this one hen that keeps sitting in the feed in the top of the feeder. This morning i went to gi let them out of the coop and there was poo in the feed from her. Any ideas on how to stop her from doing this?

Is it a tube feeder? If so make it harder for you to sit on it by making a cone to go on the top. If it is a trough feeder than put it against a wall or think of a way to make her stop sitting on it. Good Luck
