I have an almost 2 year old Cream Legbar that’s been laying eggs on the poop board at night when she’s sleeping.
For background, nothing new has changed. The last time we actually got an egg from her in the right spot was about a week ago. Since then, shes been laying in the laying spot everyday for about an hour but no egg is being laid. She went through a molt early november ish. Last week we got an egg in the poop board and then another one last night. She’s doing this when she’s sleeping at like 12am…… Hard shell, it does end up cracking because it hits the poop board. They get free pick oyster shells. And i have calcium tablets on hand if i need to give them….
Is this normal?
