Hi, One of our hens is laying eggs right near our outdoor dryer. The dryer is enclosed but we have a exhaust vent where the hot air releases at ground level right where she is laying eggs. This happened before and none of the chicks survived. Can I move the eggs to another part of the yard? Is heat ok for the eggs and chicks? If we move the eggs will she follow? We built some enclosed nesting boxes but none of the chicks like them...
Need help. Thank you!

Although you are unclear, it appears you mean she is setting. If so, move both her and the eggs at night to a better place. Do it as quickly as possible. There is a risk involved, she may give up, but it is your best bet.
