Hen lethargic, tail down, and pooping water - Help

[Moochie]

Two of my hens have been acting very funny lately.. One worse than the other, she has her tail down all the time.. Not eating, not socializing, poops water, when I pick her up and put her back down she stumbles and tries to gain her balance.
The other one is the same except pooping normally and doesn't gain her balance when I put her on the ground.

this aint going to help but I had a hen acting like that but she died.I dont know why but she did.Like I said not going to help just thought I would say what happend with me.
