Hen lethargic, will not sit. Standing while sleeping!

My buff orpington, Honk was slightly lethargic yesterday and even more so today, where she barely moved around the yard and would stand in one place. I have not seen her sit at all and right now she is standing while sleeping in her coop. Her neck seems askew today but not 180 degrees like that crooked neck thing I've read about.
I'm really worried and don't know what to do. She's my first egg layer and I love her. Please help!!!

Do a search for egg-bound, wry neck, torticollis, or oviduct infection and see if any of those are similar. My d'uccle boy started twisting his head funny too. I've got him inside with vitamins in the water and feeding him some scrambled eggs. My chickens are my pets too.

Thanks so much. This morning she was eating and waddling around as usual! I guess she must've eaten something weird? Whew!
