Hen limping, holding head to the left, floppy comb

Any advice would be appreciated. I have only had chickens less than a year. A few days ago, I noticed one of my RIR hens sitting under the roost when the others were outside, which is unusual. She got up when I went in and went outside but had a terrible limp and her tail is drooping downward instead of up. The next day, I notice when she stands, she leans on things and one side of her comb looked pale. Then I found two sacs with eggs in them under the roost where she had been hanging out. She is still eating but today her comb looks to be drooping over. I felt her abdomen and crop and neither seem overly firm to me. This hen is nearly a year old but I have no idea as to her egg laying ability as I have 8 hens of laying age and all but one are brown egg layers.
I feed commercial lay ration as well as black oil sunflower seeds (handful now and then) plus some fresh fruit and veggies and occasional yogurt. They also free range and I do have a rooster. Is it possible he got rough with her and hurt her back?

Sounds like she's been injured somehow. When a chicken panics, sometimes they fly into things, and she could have very well done this to herself, by accident. It is possible that the rooster could have done it, if he's a very agressive rooster.

What I would do, is catch her, and crate her with some nice fresh bedding, food and water nearby. I'd also give her some vitamins and electrolites in her drinking water. This way, she can rest. You could keep her in the coop in her crate, if there's room, or bring her into the garage or some place safe and warm.

Maybe she is very sore and needs to rest up. Have you looked at her legs to see if anything looks broken? I'd just kind of check her all over to see if you can find any visible injury too.

She might come around, with some rest.

Thank you. Her legs look ok and when I pick her up they definitely both start kicking at me, so I don't think a leg is broken. I was worried about broken back or tail...like maybe the rooster hopped on too rough. He isnt aggressive with them, just over eager to mate sometimes. She is holding her own though, sleeping alot but still eating and drinking and scratches around in the yard.
