Have you looked inside her beak for obstruction, mucous, canker, yellow/white crusty material?
Any bad odors on her breath?
Is her crop emptying overnight?

I haven't caught her to investigate further. She's skittish. All of her other behavior seems perfectly normal. I wonder if she'll just work it out.

Wait until dark when she's roosting, then grab her so you can examine her or not.
Maybe she will work it out.
