Hen making strange noises

Hi everyone, my 1 1/2 year old Easter egger hen is making strange noises. She'll stretch her neck out and make one loud squawk. I'm not sure if this is a normal noise I've never heard it before. Other then that she's acting very normal. I attached a video hopefully it works because it's hard to describe.

No video, she could be sneezing or coughing, they can sound like a honk sometimes.

I don't know why the video is giving me so much trouble I'll have to try from my home computer. It does sound a little bit like honking, but it happens all day. I think something might be stuck in her crop because she keeps extending her neck and making the loud honk like she's trying to push something up.

I have had chickens get a slight respiratory problem in the fall, they honk for about a week or so and then they get over it, sometimes it turns into something more, the honking chicken gets pecked sometimes because of the strange noise.

I can't seem to get the video to attach since I took it on my phone. Do you think I should put them on respiratory medicine, or just let it run its course? No one else seems to be doing it but her.

I personally don't treat diseases, but I am willing to cull if they get worse, so I'm probably not the person to ask, that depends on your chicken raising philosophy and what you are willing to do, the honking ones I had recovered in about a week or so, I would probably wait a day or two to see how it goes, I would go by how she's acting, and how she walks, if she's getting weak she will start walking weird. I think it's something like a cold and it just takes some time.

She's definitely acting normal, so I'll keep my eye on her and see what happens. Thanks for the advice!
