Hen making strange sounds when breathing

Hi, I’ve noticed my hen making strange sounds, she doesn’t do it all the time, she’s been eating well and behaving like herself. I would estimate she’s been doing this for about a week, still laying eggs. It’s almost like a cooing sound. I can’t attach a video. She is overweight, probably my heaviest bird.
