Hen missing neck feathers, drake attack?

The back of one of my girls neck feathers look like this. My assumption is that its from a drake, who has now been rehomed. She hatched this past spring so too young for molting? Otherwise well, rest of flock is fine.

She is molting and those are pin feathers. Young birds sometimes go through a fall molt.
