hello all,
My hen loves to be in the nesting box, even when she’s not broody, recently our rooster “attacked” her, (he accidentally grabbed her comb and made it bleed) we had her inside for a few days, and put her back out, and locked our rooster in timeout. (because he did that to two hens one not nearly as bad as the other) she got out, and went straight to the nesting box, (which I expected she would do) but I looked at her and she was moving her head side to side, and I don’t know why. I just would like to know if she is okay or if I need to do something for her? She seems like her normal self, but I just want to make sure she is okay.
