Hen not eating and laying around

I have a 4 year old hen. She’s the definition of healthy appetite! She’s kinda laying around and not accepting any foods!! I’m worried she’s sick from eating on a lawn that was treated with weed and feed a month ago. Any tips?!

how is her poop? usually you can see if something is wrong by looking at the droppings. Do you have a vet nearby that treats farm animals?

She’s had runny poo her entire life, should I loo for certain colors? Unfortunately no vets around will see chickens here ... thanks for responding!
