Hen not laid in 6 weeks just laid one

I've been concerned about this little lady, she started laying when she was 7 months old, I couldn't believe how many she would lay, between 1 and 3. There has had to be some adjustments made in the garden for safety and the fact the girls had completely cleared every blade of grass, our garden was dust. So thought this was the reason but her vent was down and I became really worried. So Epsom baths with cider vinegar and honey treatment she looked better and I gave up thinking she'd ever lay again. Then after a friend helped me by fixing my fence across some grass I'd managed to grow, she went into her old coup and laid a lovely egg . It is so much lighter than she used to lay, is this normal? She is a year and half old.

Lurking because one of mine isn’t laying but acts perfectly normal otherwise and we just did “home improvements” and “run improvements” and have chicks integrating so I figured she was on strike with all of the changes. I don’t think she is egg bound but I did soak her for 15 minutes the other day in a nice warm bath. I didn’t feel an egg and she is eating and acts ok
Today she has been in the nest box for an hour so we will see. She has been in the nest box periodically but no egg for a week or more.

Chickens are creatures of habit.....change can alter laying due to stress. Molting also stops laying until feathers are regrown.
as long as she is healthy, she will resume laying when she is ready.

Looked again, it wasn't hers she is just sitting on the other hens egg. It has to be the change in the garden, if not that maybe she laid too many through the year.
