We just found her laying down not breathing and drenched in what smells like cat urine....any ideas??

Her crop is full of water, she's wheezing her eyes are closed and shes not moving. could she had drowned herself on the water?

Hard to say if her crop is full and she smells foul (cat urine)
Sounds like she’s having serious crop problems. Can you get pictures? Did you bring her inside? Can you take her to a vet?

She's inside in a large box laying dow, she is still breathing but she hasn't moved what so ever, I called all the vets in my area and they said they have no idea what to do with chickens, and the ones that do are closed or out of town

Oh I just pokes her up cause she was gasping and she opened her eyes but her pupils were very dilated and she moved her head a bit and closed and opened her toes

She sounds like she’s in serious distress. Does her breath stink? Is her crop hard? Soft? Is her stomach hard?soft? Do you have people there to help you? Honey to be honest you could try something’s to help her. Without seeing her it sounds as if it’s too late. How do you feel about humanely putting her down?

I agree she may have a crop problem, probably sour crop, and may have vomited or drooled the cat-urine-smelling liquid all over herself. Is the crop still full of water? Be very careful handling her, as she may aspirate fluid from her crop into her lungs. She may have already done this if she is wheezing. I would start treating for sour crop right away.
