I think that’s a hen, I believe that is considered Partridge coloring but I’m not that familiar with Silkie coloration.

I was very lucky to find someone who was getting rid of 17 silkies due to moving house. Only paid 80 quid for the lot! Wondering how many are pullets in total? Qqq

Age would also help.

Only one that stands out as a definite male is the ginger cockerel. That one is pretty obvious.
