Hen or not?

I am wanting to take this little, what I assume is a Cochin, frizzle to our county fair for my little boy. It was given to me and I have had it at least one month, and it wasn’t a chick when we got it so assuming age at least over 2 months. I’ve never had frizzles before so help me identify it: pullet or cockerel?

It really depends on age. Looks like a pullet though.
