I'm ending up with a flock of roosters. I was told if they have iridescent on their feathers its a rooster. Is this true and this one is black but has green color to his feathers. Is it a Roo?

It's very common for black birds to have an iridescent green sheen to their feathers. It is not an indicator of male or female. I have 2 Australorps and 1 black Jersey Giant, and they all have beautiful green tinged feathers. All confirmed pullets. Your birds look like black sexlink pullet Easter Eggers.
I'm hoping to hatch some exactly like them with my barred Rocks and my Easter Egger rooster, once I get my incubator.

They look like ee pullets to me too. My black austrolop girl looks almost all green when she's in the sunlight. It's so pretty!!
