I bought two 3 month old Americaunas from the local feed store where the chickens pull each other's feathers out from boredom. I noticed one is growing back curly tail feathers. Thoughts?

With all the red in the wings + curly tail, definitely a roo!

No, just the one. The other looks like a pullet. They also look like Easter Eggers, not Americaunas...
