I have never owned a polish chicken so don't take my word on this but it looks like a hen.

these pictures look familiar I've seen them somewhere else! I know! I know! looks pullet sorry I told you that it it was a hen then told you it was a cockerel I correct myself! it was hard to see that picture but its bigger and I and sure its a pullet!
