You said that he crowed. That means he is almost definitely a cockerel. And that is a very big and bright comb for an EE of that age. The picture makes the feathers hard to see but from what I can see the saddle and tail feathers look masculine. The crowing is the biggest cue though. Makes it almost 100% a cockerel.How can you tell with them? I have another one in the brooder room....this is my 5th attempt at getting an Easter egger hen.![]()
