1 is definitely a cockerel his gorgeous that colouring tho I think the 2nd is also a cockerel bit more slow developing if I'm.honest but I could be wrong hopefully? Xx

Cracks me up how uncertain it can be because people can see different things. The only certainty is when it either crows or pops out an egg!

Because, having said that, I'm over here thinking both are pullets...

First is a cockerel. Second looks like it may be one too. Update on the second one on 2 weeks.
