Hen or roo

I bought this olive egger as a hen but I'm having my doubts. Can anyone help out

It would seem that both are roosters... I have an elderly hen version of your bluer roo for comparison. I believe she's an Ameraucana... I'm the third chicken caretaker so who knows? Her first name was Mabel, but we also call her "La Chilena."
