Hen or roo?

Approx 5 week old Easter Egger. I was told by Atwoods that both were hens, the other one I am sure is a hen. This one has more flamboyant plumage and is not as docile. The last two photos are the of the one I am sure is a hen.

The comb seems a little large, but it's really too early to say for sure. I'd give it another couple of weeks.

Would you be able to get a better photo of the top and sides of the 1st EE, pattern looks ok but I can't determine coloration, a good set of photos would help me help you.
