There are 3 birds, each picture is a different one. So the lightest one looks like a puller and the others are probably cockerels thenThe lighter one is looking like a pullet right now but the one with the grey head and gold in the shoulders is a cockerel.

I got them 2nd week of October. So like 12 weeks? How old are they now?
For some reason the pictures are not uploading as very good quality:/Ha! Sorry they looked identical!
Typically, that rust color is male specific. Especially with sporadic coloring. However.... looking closer, the color seems to spread out a bit so there's a chance they're not cockerels. Photos can be tricky.
How do the combs looks? Are they wider where you see 3 rows? Are they red or pale?
Are the neck feathers pointy and shiny or are they rounded?
Much better pictures! Now that I can clearly see these 2 and their full bodies, I belive they're both pullets. Previous pics made it look like they had rust colored shoulders (which is male specific) but in these, the pattern is more even all through their feathers and the color is more of a light brown. Both girls. For some reason the pictures are not uploading as very good quality:/
Here’s a picture of the two side by side that look very similar.
Combs- it’s kind of hard to tell?
The one on the right has pointy shiny, left- more round
